Our services are fulfillment-based. Once the customer receives the booked service/product, payments are treated as final.
General Refund Position
Detail Studio does not offer refunds after successful service delivery.
By booking and proceeding with service, the customer agrees to this no-refund condition.
Before Service Completion
If a booking is cancelled before service starts, handling is subject to booking status and operational review.
Any approved adjustment, if applicable, will follow internal policy and payment provider constraints.
Service Quality Concerns
If there is an issue with service quality, customers should report it promptly for review.
We may provide a correction/rework where appropriate, but not a monetary refund for completed services.
